Serving the Needs of Others
More independence at home. More opportunities to get involved. More confidence to try something new. Explore support that helps you move towards what matters to you.
Make everyday life more manageable with help around the house and with personal routines, leaving more time and energy for the things you enjoy.
Make connections, explore your interests and take part in local life, with support to get out and about, including travel and transport assistance.
Build on your strengths, develop practical skills and take steps towards greater independence, with encouragement through new experiences and life changes.
Having a say in your day, learning something you’ve always wanted to try or feeling more confident in your own home; progress means something different to everyone.
At Compassionate Nursing Care, we start by listening to what you want from life. We build disability support around your choices, strengths and goals, with respect for your culture and how you communicate. You help shape the direction, and we work alongside you as you take your next steps.
Feeling comfortable with the people supporting you matters. Our Mount Isa team brings practical nursing and disability experience to the everyday moments where thoughtful care makes a difference.
Our director, Kerry Faye Piasecki, is a Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Consultant and Diabetes Educator with experience across Mount Isa and remote North West Queensland.
We work with you and the people you choose to involve, bringing their knowledge of your life together with our experience in care.
Our director’s experience in nursing, clinical consultancy and diabetes education brings a clinical perspective to understanding your care needs.
We’re based in Mount Isa, with practical experience in regional and remote North West Queensland communities.
Your culture, communication needs and personal choices help shape our approach, so support reflects the person you are.
We work collaboratively with your chosen family members, carers, guardians and support coordinators, keeping your goals at the centre.
Your preferences belong in every conversation about your care. From the routines you value to the goals you’re working towards, we make space for your voice and use it to guide how we support you.
We offer disability support in Mount Isa and surrounding North West Queensland communities, helping people build independence and stay connected to local life.
We also welcome enquiries from Cloncurry, Townsville and other regional Queensland locations. Support in these areas is considered individually, subject to service capacity, funding and safe staffing.
What would you like more of in your life? More freedom in your routine, more connection with your community or the confidence to take a new step? Let’s talk about what matters to you and how we could support you to move towards it.
We welcome enquiries and referrals from participants and the people involved in their support.
